A small part of the harbor coming in at 2am.

This is about as dark as it gets here...

The tidal marsh where the bear came out - way back in the shade on the right side of the photo...

While sliding down the mountain, I angled for a spruce tree to slow myself down, and this Ptarmigan popped out and put on the "wounded bird" routine - trying to draw me away from her nest.
